This policy explains what personal data the SynloApps portal collects and how it is used, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account details (name, work email, company, GSTIN), the requirements, files and messages you submit, approvals and signatures with their time and IP address, payment records (we do not store card details; the payment provider does), and security logs such as sign-in attempts.
To prepare quotes, deliver and host your applications, bill you, keep the portal secure, and meet tax and legal obligations. We use AI tools to suggest clarifying questions and summarise delivery trends; a person reviews every suggestion before it is sent to you.
Our delivery team; independent specialists working on engagements you approve, limited to what their work needs; and service providers for hosting, email, payments and code hosting. We do not sell personal data.
Data is stored in India unless your hosting agreement says otherwise. Project records and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently eight years); security logs for one year.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the contact below. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
